🚚 SHIPPING POLICY

Nationwide shipping is available for just $19.95 with our “Our Best Way” shipping option! This flat-rate shipping offer is valid for orders shipping within the continental United States only. Some exclusions may apply.

To receive the $19.95 shipping rate, you must select the “Our Best Way” option during checkout. If you choose another shipping method such as UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS Priority Mail, you will be charged the live carrier rate for the shipping option selected, and your order will ship using that service.

“Our Best Way” shipping means you pay our flat-rate shipping fee, and we choose the carrier that provides the most economical shipping option for your order, including UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

Please note that shipping costs are heavily influenced by package dimensions and carrier pricing. While we work hard to keep shipping as affordable as possible, carrier rates are ultimately outside of our control.

📚 SHIPPING FOR SCHOOL PURCHASE ORDERS

Shipping for school purchase orders is calculated at 10% of the purchase order total or the $19.95 order minimum shipping charge.

📦 PO BOX SHIPPING

If your order is shipping to a PO Box, you MUST select USPS as your shipping method during checkout. UPS and FedEx require a physical street address for delivery. If the wrong shipping service is selected this will delay your order.

🌎 SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL U.S.

Orders shipping outside the continental U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii, will ship via USPS and will be charged the exact shipping cost. Additional shipping charges may apply, and we may contact you if adjustments are necessary.

Customers are welcome to contact us before placing an order so we can help determine if there is a more affordable or efficient shipping option available for you. 

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country. Shipping charges paid at checkout cover postage only.

⏱ ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES

Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days unless expedited shipping is selected.

Please note:
UPS/FedEx Ground, Home Delivery, and USPS Priority Mail or USPS Ground Advantage are NOT considered expedited shipping services and will not prioritize your order for faster processing.

To request expedited handling and delivery, you must select one of the following shipping methods:
• FedEx Priority Overnight
• FedEx Standard Overnight
• FedEx 2Day
• UPS Next Day Air
• UPS 2nd Day Air
• UPS 3 Day Select

Selecting expedited shipping does not guarantee same-day shipment. While we always do our best to accommodate rush orders, expedited processing is NOT guaranteed.

If you are working with a deadline we always ask that you put your date deadlines of when you are needing the material by in the notes section when submitting your order or contact us by phone or email. We do try our best to make sure all our customer receive there orders by their deadlines and will reach out to you if your selected shipping method will not make it to you on time.

If you are a student or working with a deadline, please include that information in the order notes at checkout. We will do our best to help meet your timeline whenever possible.

Please also note that the estimated shipping times shown at checkout reflect carrier transit times only and do not include our processing time. Carrier delays may occur and are outside of our control.

📬 RETURNED OR REFUSED PACKAGES

If a package is refused by the customer, the customer will be responsible for:
• Return shipping charges
• A 20% restocking fee

No exceptions.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment fees.
